#9 Ce melodie îți place de la un artist cu care ai avut poster pe vremuri?

Ați avut postere cu artiști? Atunci ați nimerit unde trebuie! Pentru că azi ne amintim de acea perioadă în care eram înnebuniți să ne lipim postere cu artiștii preferați pe pereți. Tocmai de aceea provocarea de azi e să îmi spuneți:

O melodie de la un artist/o artistă cu care ați avut poster.

Eu am avut multe postere, pentru că eram topită după muzică încă de mică. Ai mei nu mă lăsau să lipesc nimic pe pereți, așa că pe cele mai importante le lipeam pe ușile din interior ale dulapurilor mele, iar pe celelalte le aveam păstrate bine în sertare. Am avut postere cu mulți artiști, inclusiv cu Michael Jackson, ca orice om normal care a prins perioada aia. Dar azi vă povestesc despre un artist care a ocupat un loc aparte în inima mea în acea perioadă, un artist cu care am avut cele mai multe postere și cu care… visam să mă căsătoresc. Țin minte cum deschideam ușa dulapului și îmi dădeam capul într-o parte, zâmbind, visând și vorbind cu Will al meu. Cu Will Smith, mai exact, celebrul Prinț din Bel Air.

Will e născut pe 25 septembrie 1968, în Pennsylvania, și e un celebru actor, cântăreț, producător și compozitor, câștigător al mai multor premii Grammy. În 2007, revista Newsweek l-a numit cel mai bun actor de la Hollywood, iar în 2008, revista Forbes l-a declarat cel mai bine plătit actor din lume.

Înainte să fie căsătorit cu fabuloasa Jada Pinkett (pe care am fost eu geloasă ani de zile în tinerețe, până am început să o iubesc), a mai fost căsătorit o dată timp de 3 ani, cu Sheree Zampino, cea care a devenit și mama primului băiat al lui Will Smith, Trey.

Dar nu ne interesează prea mult viața amoroasă a lui Will, ci mai mult talentele sale. Și cum #MusicChallenge nu este despre filmele bune în care a jucat Will, vorbim astăzi despre muzica lui. Cu precădere, despre o melodie anume. E vorba de Just the two of us, o melodie înregistrată în 1997 și lansată pe 20 iulie 1998, fiind al patrulea single de pe albumul lui de debut, Big Willie Style.

Piesa e inspirată din melodia cu același nume semnată de Bill Withers și Grover Washington Jr. și spune povestea dintre un tată și fiul său, poveste spusă mai întâi în cartea pentru copii scrisă de Will, tot cu titlul Just the two of us. În videoclipul piesei, Will apare împreună cu fiul său, Trey, iar piesa a câștigat în acel an premiul MTV Video Music Award pentru Cel mai bun videoclip al unui cântăreț.

Vă las cu videoclipul și cu versurile, dar și cu provocarea de a-mi spune o melodie a unui artist cu care ați avut poster pe vremuri.
